WILL BE UPDATED - Zoizies (Zjoizjies, technically, but "zoizies" doesn't make one's eyes bleed) are the horses of the Zjau-yl Sovereignty. While they are well used by the tribes of Lower Mliza, they are slow and used to carry a large amount of supplies; they are practically never brought into battle. They are quadrupedal mammals, they have an armored shell on their back (imagine a stegosaurus), and they have two antennae, on which rest their eyes. Their shells are nearly impenetrable but can be pried off, if someone has the correct tools. However, this causes great pain for the zoizy. The zoizy will be bedridden for a full year, and it will take ten of the zoizy's fourteen-year (average) lifespan to grow back. Thus, zoizy shells are incredibly valuable*, but most tribesmen choose to use them as pack animals. Zoizies are docile and are very much welcome to the idea of human dominance.

*On occasion, there are zoizies who live over twenty-four years, enough to harvest two shells. These shells have roughly identical patterns and can be sold as a set for a king's ransom. Of the tens of thousands of zoizies in existence, only a few dozen are known to exist, and only one "set of three" has ever been made. It currently resides at the palace of the Zjau-yl king. However, each set is worth a king's ransom. It is for this reason that shell harvesters wait for the zoizy to die before selling the shell(s) it produced.
